Tive um natal tranquilo, com parte da familia e alguns bons amigos e foi bastante divertido. Um cardápio bem enxuto porém bastante saboroso. Depois de alugar parte da minha lista de bons amigos (Valentina e Vitor Hugo) para saber como fazer meu carré de cordeiro e um bom molho para acompanhá-lo, eu fiz o carré da maneira que a Tina me ensinou e o Vitor Hugo assinou em baixo e ai ele também me deu uma dica de um molho mas eu queria algo doce que acho que tem mais cara de natal, então ataquei nessa redução e ficou realmente maravilhoso! O fato é que o natal já passou mas o carré de cordeiro pode ser apreciado sempre e esse molhinho também, por isso estou dividindo a receita com vocês!
- 150 g de cerejas frescas
- 10 g de manteiga sem sal
- 200 ml de vinho do porto
- 150 ml de licou de cerejas
- Pimenta-do-reino e sal a gosto
Faça um suco com as cerejas, com o auxilio do liquidificador e depois passe por uma peneira. Misture com o vinho do Porto, licor de cereja e leve para reduzir em fogo baixo até adquirir consistência aveludada. Tempere com o sal e a pimenta a gosto, misture a manteiga e faça como uma emulsão, para que o molho fique brilhante.
Para os carrés, tempere a seu gosto (no meu caso foi apenas sal, pimenta-do-reino moída na hora e uma leve untada com azeite), levei-os a uma grelha bem, bem quente e grelhei levemente só para selar a carne. Depois levei ao forno rápidamente o ponto ideal é servi-los rosados por dentro.

PIRULITO DE BISCOITO Fiz com este ingredientes 75 pirulitos, na verdade devem render uns 60,mas minhas crianças, comeram o chocolate raspado antes dos pirulitos serem feitos.rsrsrs É muito bom, porque foram devorados pelas crianças e muito disputados,pelos adultos.Ingredientes para o brigadeiro:02 latas de leite condensado12 colheres de sopa de achocolatado2 colheres de sopa de margarina sem sal2 pacotes de biscoito Maria (aquele redondinho)Para a cobertura1 kg de chocolate Harald fracionado(não precisa de choque térmico e tem um sabor muito bom,bem melhor que aqueles hidrogenadosPalitos de picoléConfeitos de chocolate para brigadeiroConfeitos coloridosModo de preparo:Faça o brigadeiro juntando todos os ingredientes numa panela e mexendo até soltar do fundo .Espere esfriar.Coloque o brigadeiro entre dois biscoitos,colocando um palito de picolé bem no centro e fechando os biscoitos pressionando levemente para não quebrar,fazendo assim não quebrei um só pirulito,sobraram alguns biscoitos,depois você come no café.Passe uma espátula nas beiradas para ficar lisinho.Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria e reserve sobre a água morna.Agora mergulhe esse pirulito de biscoitos recheados ao seu gosto, no chocolate Harald, cubra com os confeitos a sua escolha ou decore-os com o chocolate da cor contrária.Coloque em papel manteiga e espere 1 hora até ficar mais firme, confesso que fica um pouco mole ainda,não dando para embalar no celofane ,ou como fiz colocando naqueles saquinhos plásticos com coraçõezinhos cor-de-rosa,que geralmente colocam lembrancinhas.Então após 1 hora descansando,coloquei no congelador,e após 5minutos estavam durinhos,durinhos prontos para serem embalados,não esbranquiçaram,é só não demorar muito no congelador, dependendo da temperatura,deixe até por menos tempo.Ficaram crocantes com o sabor irresistível do chocolate ,comi uns 3 ,antes de embalar.heheheDepois coloquei ,um logotipo do Cocoricó que meu marido fez, foi o tema da festa da Letícia , e amarrei com fitilho cor de rosa.As meninas guardaram alguns, ficaram crocantes mesmo após 3 dias depois do aniversário.Vale a pena fazer para os aniversários infantis, e de onda fazer para aniversários de adultos, afinal o que é gostoso, não precisa ser degustado só pelos petizes né?Eu adoro estes pirulitos ,tanto quanto minhas filhas Alice e Letícia!!!!
